Olivos Golfe Apartments in Vilamoura in the central Algarve are ideal for family or golf holiday, or just a short break stay. Vilamoura is approximately 25 minutes from Faro International airport. Our Apartment is very close to three of the main golf courses in Vilamoura; Laguna, Millennium and Victoria.
A Restaurant, Bar and Mini-Supermarket are all close to hand. The attractions of Vilamoura with its bustling marina, casino and countless shops and restaurants catering not only for Portuguese cuisine but also every type of International cuisine are all within five minutes drive. In addition to the beach in Vilamoura, the splendid long and sandy Falesia beach is also within five minutes drive.
This privately owned low-rise apartment is located on the 1st floor and is very sunny due to its south facing location. This new apartment also benefits from a large communal pool, children’s pool, attractive landscaped gardens and a children’s play area. There is ample parking outside and if required there is an elevator to all levels. Olivos Golfe Apartment accommodates 4 people; in addition there is a travel cot and high chair available if required.
The accommodation is to a high standard and the master bedroom has two twin beds, ample wardrobe space and is air-conditioned, it benefits from an en-suite bathroom complete with "Jacuzzi" bath. The second bedroom also has two twin beds, ample wardrobe space and is air-conditioned with an adjacent second bathroom that has a bath with integral shower. Both bathrooms are spacious and equipped with hairdryers.
The open plan lounge is air-conditioned and contains a dining area. There is a television (with some English satellite channels), DVD player and a music centre. Double doors from the lounge open onto a terraced area with another sliding door providing access to the master bedroom. There is comfortable space for eating "Al Fresco" on the terrace, which benefits from a built in BBQ and has adequate seating for four. The terrace overlooks the pools and children’s play area before looking further afield onto the Millennium Golf course.
The well laid out kitchen is equipped with a electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a washing machine. There is also a small enclosed balcony that is ideal for drying smaller items of laundry on a drying frame. Also within the apartment guests have the use of an ironing board and iron.
To enjoy Vilamoura to its full together with the surrounding towns and villages we recommend you organise Car Hire before arrival. If you wish, we can organise this on your behalf through our management company who have access to very competitive car hire prices.
The English-speaking manager will be at Olivos Golfe Apartment to meet guests after receiving confirmation of the guests arrival at Faro airport. The manager will be available during your stay in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
